Do you only support businesses?
No. Valley Automation provides support to home users as well. We also do work with Non-profit organizations at discounted rates.
What areas do you provide service to?
Valley Automation serves the Shenandoah Valley. We are centrally located with easy access to support locations in Page, Rockingham, Augusta, Shenandoah, Warren and Frederick counties.
How much will it cost to fix my computer?
Each situation is unique, but our policy is to provide the most effective solution for our customers.
What brands do you offer?
We are certified re-sellers of all Dell and HP products. We also offer networking hardware, as well as, softwares by Microsoft and Symantec
What type of warranty do you offer with your systems?
Each situation is unique, but our policy is to provide the most effective solution for our customers.
How much will it cost to fix my computer?
All Dell products purchased with Valley Automation will feature a 3 year warranty.
Do you offer remote service?
Yes. While most repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting requires on-site technicians, some problems can be resolved through remote access.
Do you support products that were not purchased from Valley Automation?
Yes. We are happy to support your products no matter where they were purchased.
What type of support do I receive?
